Digital Products (Wallpapers, Files, etc.)

All products sold by ALEZIT are digital downloads.

Once a purchase is completed and the files are delivered, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

By purchasing, you agree that:

• You lose the right to cancel or withdraw once the download has started
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued for digital products

This is because digital files cannot be “returned” once accessed.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

• You did not receive the files after purchase
• The files are corrupted or unusable
